          It is the mission of the United Black Christians of the United Church of Christ to advance the cause of Jesus Christ and to provide a prophetic voice for all African Americans members within the United Church of Christ. With Christ as our guide we are called to enhance and to strengthen the whole church through advocacy, ecumenical and worldwide partnership, empowerment and training of laity including youth and young
adults for present day ministry.
